Refund policy

If you're not happy with our spices, please contact us and we'll make it right.

We stand behind all our products, and represent them as honestly as possible. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase at spicyraksha.com for any reason, we ask that you let us know within 30 days of your purchase, and provide the reason for your dissatisfaction. We will do our best to provide a refund, credit, and/or replacement for damaged or incorrect items. Refunds are not always guaranteed, it will be based on a case-by-case basis. 

 

Exchanges(if applicable)

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and documentation of the defect or damage is provided. Return shipments must be received within 10 days of arranging the return or within 15 days of initial item receipt, whichever is longer. 

 

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be requested to be canceled before they have been shipped. We cannot guarantee a cancellation request can be honored, but we will do our best to accommodate.
